Private Antenatal Course

Service Description

Set over four sessions, we'll cover the same invaluable content a s in the group antenatal course, but the focus will be on you, your birth partner and your baby(ies) so that I can cater the information to your exact requirements in a completely private scenario. We can discuss days and times that suit you best. The Antenatal Course includes:  Your pregnant body and how it works during labour and birth Your myriad of options when it comes to birth What to expect from birth and beyond Hypnobirthing techniques to help you stay calm & relaxed throughout Gentle movement (similar to pregnancy yoga) to help relax you and encourage baby into a good position With this combination of antenatal education, hypnobirthing and gentle movement I aim to arm you with the information you need to trust your instincts and go into birth & parenthood feeling informed, empowered, and ready to do it your own way.  This fully comprehensive, private antenatal & hypnobirthing course costs £350.
