May Group Antenatal Course

Service Description

This course is ideal for babies due in/after July2023, with classes on Wednesday evenings from 9th May, 6:30-8:00pm. This course is for the pregnant person and their birth partner (if you have one; the course can of course also be done solo). The Antenatal Course includes:  Your pregnant body and how it works during labour and birth Your myriad of options when it comes to birth What to expect from birth and beyond Hypnobirthing techniques to help you stay calm & relaxed throughout With this combination of antenatal education and hypnobirthing I want you to complete the course with everything you need for a calm & positive birth. Give you the confidence to trust your instincts, and go into birth & parenthood feeling informed, empowered, and ready to do it your own way.  Included in the cost of the course, each participant will get a copy of 'The Calm Birth Method' book, and a set of hypnobirthing mp3s to listen to whenever you like. There'll also be an optional Whatsapp group for you to share any thoughts and questions with your fellow course members, where I'll share additional information between classes. This fully comprehensive antenatal & hypnobirthing course is £189 per couple. Session dates are: Wednesday 10th May 2023 Wednesday 17th May Wednesday 24th May Wednesday 31st May It will be held at The Snug, Sheffield Sling Surgery, 71 Leadmill Road S1 4SE. If you have any questions before or after booking just email hello@barebirthing.com. To help spread the cost, £50 is taken when booking to secure your space. The remaining amount will be requested the week before the course commences.
