Service Description

Prepare for your birth physically and emotionally! Start your journey towards a positive birth experience with this essential one-off workshop. This would also make a lovely gift for a pregnant partner, friend or family member! Birth partners do not attend this workshop. We'll be covering everything you need to know in order to empower yourself for birth. Starting with some essential antenatal education to give you confidence in your body, I will also give you the tools and resources you need to take this learning further. I want to help you discover that birth does not have to be how it's portrayed on TV - it is beautiful and powerful, and something that we as birthing people should be in charge of. Let's build confidence in ourselves, in your bodies, and in the birth process so that we can have a truly positive experiences no matter how or where we birth! The workshop includes: - Essential antenatal education - starting to understand your body and the birth process - Core hypnobirthing techniques to help stay in control during your birth - An introduction to gentle, pregnancy-safe movement to help prepare your body for birth - A Pregnancy Relaxation Session with aromatherapy - A half-time break to let things sink and, and get to know the other people in the workshop - Access to the Bare Birthing Online Course - all the in-depth information I teach in my 4-week courses, included in the price of the workshop! The online course includes handy printables such as Birth Bag Packing List & Birth Preferences - A Birth Partners Guide: our partners are an essential part of the experience and need to be just as informed as you! - Access to the Bare Birthing Parents Closed Facebook Group This workshop really is great value for money, and a perfect way to start (or continue!) your journey towards a powerful and positive birth for you, your partner and your baby. Ideal for first time parents, or as a refresher for subsequent babies! There's only 8 spots available to make sure the workshop intimate.
